About KG:

KG is a natural mentor. He has spent a great deal of time during his career helping others achieve their goals and become better versions of themselves. His diverse background and experience in various industries and roles gives him a unique perspective that allows him to relate to and understand the challenges that young professionals face.

Consider this - Office Equipment - Consumer Durables - IT Hardware - Retail - Process Chemicals - E-Commerce - IT services; He has seen it all through his stints at Godrej & Boyce, Jarir Book Store, Asian Paints, SIFY and Tech Mahindra.

He has largely been into Sales and Business Development for most part of his career.

He is a TedX speaker, and his TED talk on the subject of Serendipity gives a good slice-of-life view of him. He's also active on social media, where he runs a fortnightly newsletter on LinkedIn called the Corporate Karma Guide, sharing his wisdom, experience and helping young professionals to grow.

A chance career rotation in 2014, helped him discover his ikigai in life, which was to make an impact on young professionals and help them become better versions of themselves. He created the AIM (Achievers In the Making) program at Tech Mahindra, which has produced over 300 young sales professionals for the firm. Many of these professionals have moved on from Tech Mahindra and are now working at leading firms like Salesforce, IBM, AWS, Microsoft, Service Now etc.

KG has now abstracted the essence of the AIM and offers this as a workshop at MBA schools, to help graduates come out better prepared to be successful in the corporate world. His workshop incorporates both his extensive experience and knowledge in the business world along with interpersonal skills and relationship management skills required in the corporate world. He has woven in the aspect of how to deal with people and understand the dynamics of different workplace cultures. This abstracted program is called Campus2Corporate Program, an initiative to help young minds become better corporate professionals and be seen as valuable at the workplace.
